Return Policy:

 

You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags, packets, and bills still attached. The returned product should not be damaged, soiled, or altered in any way.

 

Your return request will be taken care of once we get the product back and it passes our quality control (QC).

 

If your return request is approved, we will start the process of giving you your money back within 5–7 business days.

 

Refund Policy:

 

Refunds will be issued using the same mode of payment used for the original transaction.

 

Refunds will only be processed if the returned product passes our QC checks.

 

When the product is returned and passes the QC checks, refunds will be made within 5–7 business days.

 

Exchange Policy:

 

We will only exchange a product if it is our mistake, such as the wrong size or color sent.

 

If you receive a product you want to exchange, please email us at dynabirdinfosolutions@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

 

We will process your exchange request after we receive the returned product and pass our QC checks.
